The difference between normal headers and Equal Length headers is precisely the length of the pipes.
The sound does not vary but the performance of the car does.
Equal length manifolds allow the air in each cylinder to reach the same temperature, density and velocity.
This results in optimal operating temperatures.
This leads to an increase in engine power at the same temperature compared to a set of normal manifolds.
In other words, you get more horsepower for the same temperature and fuel consumption.
These types of manifolds are worth considering if you want maximum performance and if you use your car for particularly long sessions.
