The system is fitted on the stock headers and catalyst converters and in composed by a twin slip-on set stainless steel made tig welded.
The four outlets in DRAGSTER STYLE are made of anodyzed ergal.
The kit includes 2 carbon fiber heat repairs in order to give a better racing style.
Like every QD exhaust system also this is street legal with a European and Swiss homologation.
The gain in terms of maximum power is 1,5 HP, while at the medium range the gain is 3 HP.
This set is suitable and homologated also for the Z1000SX TOURER and perfectly fits also with the side panniers.

The QD Exhaust company is located in Vercelli in Piedmont, Italy. Thanks to owners Manuel and Giorgio, wonderful motorbike sports exhausts are handcrafted every day. The production standard is very high and is guaranteed by a well-tested process. In over 2,300 square metres we find the administrative and design offices, the production department and the warehouse. All work is carried out by master craftsmen supported by state-of-the-art machinery. QD exhausts are made from materials including stainless steel, carbon, titanium and magnesium. The welds are TIG welded in a controlled atmosphere and performed manually with orbital positioners. All new prototypes are bench tested and the exhaust systems are sized and calculated for maximum performance.
The QD catalogue consists of the Magnum, Ex-Box, Power-Gun and MaXcone silencer models.
