The Akrapovic SLIP-ON exhaust system is designed for riders who want to upgrade the looks and performance of their bikes at an affordable price, without making a major modification.
Power & Torque: Despite being an entry-level tuning component, the SLIP-ON system also offers a performance increase throughout the entire rpm range. At 11200 rpm we measured 153.2 HP. The situation for the torque curve is similar, with the best results coming in the middle of the range around 5000 rpm, where the dropout in the stock curve is filled.
Akrapovic was founded in 1991 and after a few years entered the world of racing, winning the first race in Superbike SBK in 1997. In 1999 the company was renewed and expanded to further improve production capacity and offer superior quality sports exhausts. In 2000 it won the SBK world champion title before entering MotoGP in 2002. In 2009 a specific foundry for titanium is founded and in 2014 a second production plant is opened. In 2015 a further improvement of the sports exhaust production system takes place and the record of more than 100 world titles won in both motorbike and car championships is reached. Today, Akrapovič is a manufacturer of high-quality exhaust systems for motorbikes and high-performance cars. It is renowned worldwide as an innovative high-tech company that uses advanced technologies and high-quality materials in the design of its exhaust systems. With more than 1600 employees it is present in more than 80 countries and offers technical support to the top racing teams MotoGP, WorldSBK, MXGP, IMSA WTSC.
Production is completed entirely in Slovenia.
Sports exhausts with homologation for road use show a specific wording in the description and are delivered with a certificate to be kept with the motorbike or scooter registration.
Most Akrapovic sports exhausts are manufactured upon receipt of the order, so we advise all our customers to contact us in advance to be informed about production and delivery times.

WHAT ARE THE REAL BENEFITS?

A sports exhaust allows the engine of your motorbike to gain more power and this also leads to an increase of the sound.
The homologated exhausts emit a sound within the limits of the law.

A sports exhaust allows the gases to flow out of the exhaust system more quickly and this leads to a rev up from the lower engine revs significantly better as well as an increase in power especially at high revs.
