Ex-Box series systems give motorcycles a significant dynamic increase because the exhaust, which is already lighter than the original, is positioned very close to the ground in an area practically free of movement during changes of direction. In addition, since it is positioned below the front wheel axle, it decreases the moment of inertia in braking that depresses the front fork and raises the rear axle.

The QD Exhaust company is located in Vercelli in Piedmont, Italy. Thanks to owners Manuel and Giorgio, wonderful motorbike sports exhausts are handcrafted every day. The production standard is very high and is guaranteed by a well-tested process. In over 2,300 square metres we find the administrative and design offices, the production department and the warehouse. All work is carried out by master craftsmen supported by state-of-the-art machinery. QD exhausts are made from materials including stainless steel, carbon, titanium and magnesium. The welds are TIG welded in a controlled atmosphere and performed manually with orbital positioners. All new prototypes are bench tested and the exhaust systems are sized and calculated for maximum performance.
The QD catalogue consists of the Magnum, Ex-Box, Power-Gun and MaXcone silencer models.
